Topic 1: Discuss how different voting methods from the past could be corrupted. What solutions have evolved over time? See the Brief History and Voting Technology links below. Search online for more details about any topics that you find interesting.
Topic 2: Describe three or more things that caused the vote count in the 2000 Presidential election in Florida to be inaccurate. How might these have been avoided? Search online for information, including voting technology used (especially punch cards), ballot design, recount issues.
