This tool will rearrange the ciphertext in two ways: first, in a
matrix with the specified number of columns, and second, as a series
of lines each containing the text from one column of the matrix.
Enter the ciphertext in the "ciphertext" box, enter the number of
columns that the text should be divided into, select the type of
ciphertext and number of characters per symbol as appropriate, and
click "split".
